appointments, lapsed,
We have a service provider who is coming back from an extended maternity leave. How do we parse out who her specific customers were that lapsed (many stayed on with other providers in the biz) so that we can invite them back upon her return?

Hi @BMarxMed!
I want to make sure I fully understand the question and what you're looking for.
Are you just asking if there's a way to look up clients or a list of what clients have seen what stylist? So that way you can go through her client list to contact them?

Some of the clients who typically saw her, switched over to our other providers and continued visiting us. Others fell off the radar, I'd like to know who these people are specifically. So I'd like to determine which customers lapsed as a direct result of her departure, so we can reach out to let them know she is returning.

@BMarxMed As far as I know- it doesn't appear there's a way to do this but it may be best to reach out to our Appointments specialists by phone so they can tell you if there's a workaround they know of that I don't.
That way you get an answer quicker too. You can call us by following this link and selecting > More > I Don't See My Issue. If you're logged in- it'll show you our number and your customer code from there. You can call anytime from 6am-6pm PST.
