Why won't my calendar sync?

I have tried syncing my calendar 100 times (or so it feels 😄 ). I just want to sync my square appointments calendar to my personal google calendar. The troubleshoot steps on the website didn't work either. I also emailed the help center several times because I've tried to change my business name and that is not working either. Any tips or what is the best way to get a hold of the help center?

Hi @Maddieoscar11! Sorry for the trouble you're having!

 

Since you've already tried our troubleshooting steps for syncing your calendars, it might be worth calling into our Customer Success Team and asking to speak to an Appointments Specialist. They might have some additional troubleshooting steps that they can try with you.
