Where is the publish button? And how do I upload multiple pictures for the Online Store?

Hello,

I've sent a message to the support team but still haven't heard back. This is my second online store setup experience and I'm having trouble with a few things. Right now I think the most pressing are how to publish my site, and how to see what a customer would see, and once published I need to be able to share it.

When I got started a few days ago I could easily find a Preview and a Publish button. Now? I'm clicking on everything I can find and I'm not finding those options. Furthermore, if I already have a site published, where is it? In other words, where's a link that I would share on my Instagram and Facebook biz pages?

Finally, due to the nature of my work/what I would like to sell, I need to be able to upload multiple photos. In those first couple of days that was easy, but now I can't find that option. I've tried editing the two listings I've managed to get up but I can only find a way to upload one photo and the most I can do beyond that is change that one photo.

I feel so lost! I'm using updated Google Chrome on a Linux Mint platform and I like to think that if I'm able to use Linux to do *everything* I need to on a computer I would easily be able to find my way around a browser-based interface, but I simply am not.

Please let me know if screenshots or videos are helpful here. And thank you/anyone who helps in advance!

HI, from your description it sounds like you have the Menu Format template instead of the Retail Format template.  It only displays one photo on the listing.

You can change the template from Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Shop All click the 3 little dots, select Switch Template, popup to select for Shop All (Retail Features).

If you are on the free plan (no domain assigned) your URL would be

what-ever.square.site or whatever.square.site

Hi, and THANK YOU so much! I'm going to attach a couple of screenshots to show what I'm seeing because I can't find the 'Website' link or icon at all. Could it be the Online link?

HI, I believe you have your online store on the Menu Format not Retail Format.

Online Dashboard,

Website,

Edit Site,

at top click Page: Home 

scroll down to Category Pages

Shop All click the 3 little dots,

popup box to select Switch Template,

popup box to select Shop All (Retail Features)
