The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Pending Appointments
Hello,
I noticed on the very first appointment request that I had come in that finding it could be an issue. When it first came in I didn't have time to review and accept it. So I had to close the app. When I reopened the app, I had to go to Clients and search through each client until I found which one had a pending appointment. I do not see a tab or link to pending appointments anywhere. Am I just overlooking this?
If there is not a way to quickly see pending appointments, it would make the app way smoother if there was. As I am booking more now I am finding this frustrating having to search through a list of names if I don't remember the name off hand and didn't have a chance to accept it right away.

Hello @hocusphocus,
Thanks for surfacing this. If you aren't able to locate the notification to confirm in the app, you can view all of your Square Appointments status details from the online Square Dashboard > Appointments tab. From there, head over to the Notifications section where you'll be able to review all appointment requests select Accept or Decline.
I hope this helps clear things up for now. I'll be sure to share your post with our Appointments Team and point out some room to streamline this process within the app. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you. I see where it is online but yes it would make the app smoother if we were able to see these notifications, but you got that from my first email that it was for the app. Thanks for your time.

The only answer is for the desktop. We need to be able to see them on the go, from the phone. That's why I was SO DISAPPOINTED when I realized I can no longer view the full site from my phone. 🤨 Huge disappointment.

you'd think there would be a notification on the app and website to approve pending appointments. This is making my life very difficult!

As a workaround, you can view all of your Square Appointments status details from the online Square Dashboard > Appointments tab.
From there, head over to the Notifications section where you'll be able to review all appointment requests select Accept or Decline. @EVstylist

Right. Needs to be added to the App. This is super annoying.

I’m receiving multiple new appointment requests per day. I don’t have the time to get to them as they come in so I often have a list I need to get to.
Would be easier if there was a menu option for “appointment requests” in my booking app... unless I’m just not seeing such a thing?
I have to scroll through my book to find them and when there are multiples on different weeks it can be challenging.
Any guidance?! Thanks in advance!

Hey @Buffalowaxer and welcome to the Community!
I see that another seller hasn't stepped in on this yet- so I moved your post to an existing thread for this question where other sellers asked the same thing.
Check out the Best Answer for details on where to view these all easily in the Online Dashboard.

Please make this available soon. Being a mobile-first economy, I can't understand why this feature still does not exist. Are there any updates on when this will be implemented?
