Vending Machine Refund

We have 3 different vending machine companies in our building and they all have variable amounts that can be purchased. When the machine breaks or malfunctions we have to refund the customer and then get reimbursed. Is there a way to set up a button that is a negative sale that is a custom amount that we can attach to the correct company ahead of time so that my staff can just hit a few buttons and get the correct refund?

You can't do a negative item but you can use Payout.  On the Point of Sale app click on the menu icon and go to reports, then Current Drawer.  There you will see "Pay in/Out"  Click on that and you can enter the amound and a note.  These will show up on your drawer report and can be pulled form the dashboard.
