Typed name over Logo on Payment Terminal

Hi: On the customer payment terminal, my logo looks great, but the name of the business is typed over it.  How do I remove the type so that just my logo shows?

did you ever figure out how to remove the name of the business over your logo?  I'm having the same issue.

Welcome to the Seller Community and sorry to hear about the trouble here!

 

Just to clarify, are you using a Square Register? Have you uploaded a Point of Sale Background to be displayed on your customer-facing display? If not, head to Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations. Click on your location name and scroll to Point of Sale Checkout Background to add your logo.

I am having the same issue. The logo looks great but I want to remove the typed business name that was the initial default when setting up the display so only my logo is showing, no typed-out business name.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this sounds like a pain. Just so I have a better understanding, you want the logo to show but just not the business name? And is this on the customer display screen on the Square Register?

Heya @Liamj,

 

I'd be happy to shed some light here! 

 

First, you'll want to upload the image you'd like to display on your customer-facing display via  Account & Settings in your online Square Dashboard. Next: 

 

  1. Expand the Business tab > click Locations.
  2. Click on the location you’d like to update or create a new one.
  3. Scroll to Point of Sale Checkout Background and click the + icon in the image box to upload your logo.
  4. Upload your image and click Save.

You can customise your customer display and image settings on your Register:

 

  1. Tap the down arrow.
  2. Select Settings > Customer Display.
  3. Toggle on Show Image.
