I think there might be some confusion about “instant transfer.” This is just a way for you to immediately — for a fee — transfer funds from your Square account to your bank account, so that you can access the money right now should you need that. If you never need that, then just don’t choose it. You can just let your funds transfer on their own on your regular deposit schedule.
Having said that, there is no way to remove the instant transfer option from your Balances screens.
