Text Marketing
I enrolled in automated text messages, this particular one is to alert a customer when they have a loyalty reward to use. If you notice the BLUE text has two links..one is our FB page, the second one takes customers to a "Cash APP" in the online app store. Obviously we only want the link to our FB page. So if their finger happens to hit the second one, it has nothing to do with our business. Not sure why this is happening, and since it is an automated campaign I can't figure out how to change it? Ideas? Suggestions?

Hi there @RinaD 👋
Have you considered including text between the two links to break it up?
Or are you saying that you did not include two links when creating this campaign?
P.S. Welcome to the Seller Community ✨
