Square Sync to WooCommerce Overwrites Attributes Text

Got my Square synced to my WooCommerce setup, then made my product edits in Woo. Things like changing the "Attributes" text to say what I wanted it to say, hiding the attributes on a product page, etc. Everything was looking exactly how I wanted.

THEN....

Woo and Square synced again, and I lost all the customizations I made inside Woo. Ugh.

Workarounds?

Oh no! I'm really sorry that you lost your customizations @Grounded. 😞

If you haven't arleady I suggest contacting WooCommerce directly for help recovering your work. I'm tagging @Woo_Phil here too to see if he can share any workarounds or ways to prevent this from happening here.

@Grounded I would suggest opening a ticket with our (WooCommerce) team, as Helen suggested.

Aside from Inventory, product information such as description or variation names are only automatically synced from WooCommerce to Square, not the other way around. To sync that information from Square to WooCommerce you would need to do a manual Square > WooCommerce bulk sync.  If you didn't do that, then something is wrong on your site and our team will need more information and to have a look at your site.

@Tyrone

We answered your question about this in our other thread. I'd make sure you have opened a ticket with WooCommerce as well so we can get to the bottom of this for you.
