We recently used the Square marketing feature but in the email failed to 'deselect' the reminder option that automates emails to people who have not opened the email after 5 days. We are unable to locate a the option to delete this email or to stop the automated reminders.
Does anyone have experience with this and how to stop the automated reminder feature?

Unfortunatly you cannot edit or delete a campaign once it has been sent.

Can square customer service log into the account and delete the email campaign?

Hey @Kpay -- I have a few campaigns that were accidentally duplicated and are in queue. I'm hoping to delete them before they all send, so customers don't get mad.
Do you still have that contact info for someone at Square who might be able to help delete the unwanted campaigns?
