Square Appointments: How do I change the role assigned to my Staff Member?

I have 8 inactive employees with an old role. I want to reactiviate them, and put them under the new free mobile role. It won't let me without activating them for $5 each? but that is an old role.... I can't reinroll them becuase it says their email has been used. I can't figure out how to delete the inactive peope to start fresh...

Hello @Ihsmedia, it sounds like you're trying to update an Employee Management account rather than a staff account for Appointments. 

 

If you want to change a role on an inactive employee you will have to reactivate. While you're reactivating them you'll have the option to change their role! 

 

Currently we do not offer the ability to delete employees.
