Scheduling question

Is there a way or does square plan to implement the option where we can adjust how same day clients book appointments online?

 

example. My schedule is open from 9 to 5 but if I have no one scheduled I might run to the store or run errands. I have clients that will book within 15 to 60 minutes on Square and I can’t get there in time. Other scheduling systems have allowed me to put in how last-minute someone can book i.e. no more than two hours before desired appointment etc.

 

I don’t want to have to edit my schedule every time I wanna leave the office for an hour or so.

Thank you so much this is going to be a great help! 
The problem I see was I run everything on my phone. So when I go online it seems there are limited options because it still shows the mobile site.

For all future people who are trying to do this on their phone you must click the top left corner at your address bar and say request desktop site and you will able to make all those changes that you could not before.

Hi there and welcome to the Seller Community!! Thanks for asking. You can make this setting on your Square Dashboard under Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking > Select "Appointments Must be Made in Advance," under "Online Booking."

 

You can select what time frame (your 2 hour mark) you want to have as notice before an appointment is made. See the screenshot below and let me know if you have any questions!

While there aren't any official courses on navigating the Square App. Square does have a YouTube Channel with videos to walk you through most topics, including appointments, that may be helpful.
