Removing the custom item "keypad" entry off the POS system??

Is there any way to remove the "Keypad" section on POS system. I am having issues with employees using the "Keypad" button and creating custom amount instead of searching for the item, which is causing further reporting and inventory issues!! 

 

Please let me know how to remove this section off the POS screen during check out!

We don't have a way to remove the keypad within the POS app, but we can share this feedback with the appropriate Product Teams.

agree, keypad should be optional. I bet 99.99% of customers find the keypad entry useless.

Let's make this happen. Shouldn't be that hard of a work up. Keypad serves little purpose and takes up a third of menu screen.

We were told that two years ago, how hard is it to put the keypad behind  password entry? You've moved dozens of things back and forth across the password barrier in the last five years, why not this?

The keypad needs to be optional, this could make us cancel with square. We don’t want employees to enter custom amounts
