when entering historical contractor info for 1099, do i have to enter each pay period separately or can i enter the first pay period through the last pay period with a total?

Hey @reylena! Welcome to the Community.
You can process one contractor payment with the total amount.
You could process each pay period separately but only if you wanted your contractor to have an individual paystub from each pay period - definitely not required!
