New items not showing on dashboard

Hey everyone. I've noticed that when we create new items, they disappear on the dashboard, BUT, they on the POS (regular)


Anyone else experiencing this issue?

We recommend checking to make sure that both your browser and your computer or device itself are up-to-date. And also make sure that you clear your Browsing History (cookies and cache) If everything looks good there, you'll want to reach out.

Hey JJ
Thank you for responding.

I've seen this issue on two different laptops, and my mobile in desk version.
On my main everything was cleaned up too. (Cookies and cache)

I was wondering if this was a glitch that was happening to anyone else.
I'll have to contact support, but I'm not sure if they can help much.

Ive called support 3 times right now. They just pick up the phone and don't say anything. I Hear others in the background talking.
