Is it possible to use square appointments to schedule an event
Hi... we are a small indoor archery range looking to create a tournament (event) and take online sign ups. Our current method of using Google forms for a registration, linking to the square online store, and then back to the form to submit the registration is awkward and unwieldy. Is there a way to use the square appointments and have multiple people sign up for the same time period? To set an event on a specific day and have 20-25 people sign up at the same time?
Thanks!

Hey @blksheeparchery - Unfortunately, grouped events where multiple people can sign up for the same time slot is not available within Appointments at this time. If you need a registration form that your customers can also pay through, I recommend using one of our Form Builder integrations such as JotForm or Cognito Form. They'll allow you to create custom forms and customers will be able to check out within the same form. The funds will go directly to your linked Square account. You can learn more about all of our Form Builder options in our App Marketplace.
Hope that helps!

This is sad that Square hasn't realized how important scheduling for groups/classes is. This is a market Square could have an immediate impact on and take market share from all kinds of companies including Mindbody... disappointing.

This should be rectified. I would like for clients to check in to group classes from their accounts or be able to book multiple clients at the same time but it seems MindBody is the only company capable of providing this feature. Unfortunate as I am now thinking of switching over.

We use square at our pottery store and take registration/ sign ups for our group pottery events. We list it as an item and there is an option to choose from physical, event, ect. And you can fill out all the Information you need. You can even add questionnaires, shirt sizes all kinds of variables and modifiers. Then you can set the limit to how many can register, by selecting how many “stock” you wish to have. We do this online on our website, and it automatically works between our website and register.

Wanting to set up events to invite people to sign up and pay. But I need to limit the number that can sign up and add date and time and add them to the calendar automatically once they pay.

I am having trouble doing it as only one event is showing up and not the two I have scheduled for the month.
Do you have any insight?

This is what I'd like to learn to do. Is there more information on setting this up? Not having much luck.
