Is anyone having trouble opening a .csv file in Excel 2016? Specifically Microsoft 365?
I have always been able to run my necessary reports, export them to a .csv file and open them with Excel. I just switched to Microsoft 365 and now have Excel 2016. When I try to open the exported report I get nothing. Tried it on my husbands computer when still has the older version of Office and it worked fine. What am I missing?

@Jan1 - So sorry to hear about the trouble! I know that when I open up a .CSV on my computer, I have to immediately scroll to the top left. It always puts me at some random place in the spreadsheet. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll probably want to reach out directly to Microsoft support. They'll probably be best at helping figuring out what is going on.
