I am moving my POS from Shopkeep to Square Retail ($60 per month). In Shopkeep I was able to pull an inventory value report on any given day. I do inventory every 3 months and adjust my inventory value to match my QB inventory asset. I see you can run a category report that gives you value by category (which Shopkeep gives you by item but that's fine). The problem I'm having is I made an adjustment to the "cost" of an item I entered wrong. I initially entered $6.99 as the cost and it should have been $3.99. I am off $18 in my beverage category because the diff is $3 x qty of 6. I tried to run the report for today 9/19 but got a message saying there wasn't a report to run because I did not receive inventory today. I should be able to pull this report any day regardless if I received inventory or not. So please I need help in figuring out why I can't pull up a report that has this correction included in the value. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

Thank you Kelly J for your help! I have been trying all day to reply to your comment but keep getting an error. Hopefully this one will go through.
I spoke with Retail Support this morning and they fixed the error for me and gave me instructions on how to fix the problem in the future.
