I need help!! Urgently!

So I spent a lot of time working on my square website! I have been working on it for months and all of a sudden i got a email saying i needed to verify my account or it would be deleted. I have till the end of February. So i went to go verify my account, and I put in my address, and my birth-date and when i got to the year i was born in said i needed to be 18 year and older..I never knew that when looking at the website, and I got so upset. I have been working so hard and it wont even let me continue. My mom plays a big part in helping me with my business, so I was wondering if instead i can put her b-day in instead since she would be the one doing all the payment stuff.

If your mom is on your bank account you should be able to use your mothers information

I'm not sure what you mean when you ask about "restarting" your Square Card, @Char1532.

 

Did you lose your Square Card?

If so, you can use the steps at the bottom of this page to order a new one.

The new desktop and mobile check out for the square customers is missing the sign in link for the customer to input their phone number, get the code texted to them and allows them to bypass the card /profile check out portion by remembering them. With the update there is now only a cart check out or search magnifying glass icon option meaning the customer is now not being offered ANY sign in option --- this is my problem and I believe is also the original posters problem. Sounds like neither of us use a POS system with an ipad as were online booking businesses.. so hope that clears up the confusion and allows me a direct answer on configuring that sign in link back to the top of my appointments screen.
