I do primarily manual entry of credit cards and as of late my dashboard won’t open to Allow me  to use the keypad. I have a iPhone 6 and I read somewhere that If you have Apple wallet it won’t work. Thanks

The Dashboard is the online portal.  You should access this from a computer.  You should use the Square Point of Sale app on your phone.  Is it the App that will not open?  Make sure you are running the latest version of the app and iOS.

When you launch the Square App it will disable Apple Pay, and it informs you of this when you launch the app.   The Square app still works fine.

I have an iPhone 6s. I disabled ipay. I still can’t enter a credit card manually. Manual Credit Card is gray instead of black meaning it’s not available.  iOS is 11.3. Any suggestions?  This worked for up until last week. I haven’t installed anything new.

I want to add that I see Split Amount at the top of the screen. I entered it twice as 0 cash but it doesn’t work. I’m not taking any cash so I don’t know what I should answer or how to cancel it.

Hello @MakeItShine, did you make sure your entered at least $1 dollar for the sale? If your sale is under $1 dollar you won't see the option to manually enter a payment.
