How to save login info for multiple Accounts

We need help with how to save username & passwords.

We are a collective of 5 practitioners (massage & acupuncture), each with seperate businesses. After the one person logs out the next practtioner needs to login to use the Square chip reader. The problem is that the square app (on iPad) doesn't save each persons info and we need to manualy type in the email & password every time! This is challenging as we are loggin in/out 10 times a day! Any insight would be helpful...perhaps we should use the square terminal or register?

depending on what device you are using there should be a password manager built into the operation system (both Apple and Android have it).  terminal or Square Register won't help store names and passwords.
