I want to run reports to see who my biggest spenders are, as well as who frequents my store the most. How do I run a report like this?

Go to Customers in your dashboard, you will see a listing of your customers on the far right is a + sign, click on that and add or subtract the columns you want.
Then by clicking on the column headers, you can sort the report however you want. From there you can click on the customer or print the report.

I run reports all the time and I find the easiest way to to them is to go into the customers database. then I export all. from there it downloads it all to my computer where I can open up excell. From excell, I can easily rearrange the info by birthdate, highest priced orders. most orders, state (handy for tax time) last visited, first visited..... with just a click of the sorting button.
From there I was able to send those customers various coupons like aniversary, birthday, best customer, frequent visitor....
The only down side is that I have to download it to my computer, but i just go in and delete it. No big deal.

I have noticed Square doesn't sort exactly right. When I run a customer report by total spend, some of the results are slightly out of order. So I have to export to Excel and sort there to make sure I can get the right result.
