How to pair account with iPhone

I received a code to pair a device within 48 hours. I want to use the code to pair my iPhone but I don't see anywhere to apply the code. I would appreciate knowing how to pair it so I don't have to enter my password each time I use the app. Or am I misunderstanding? Thank you!

To get going, the code that's being messaged to you is part of our 2-Step Verification security feature. This is for protecting sign in for the Dashboard webpage (not the Square Register app). You can find more details here:

For the signing into the iPhone, you'll just use your email address and Square password. Your iPhone should stay signed in. It is set up to remember these details and save you a bit of time.
