How to embed BOOKING button code that is permanent?

I added the BOOKING button code to my code as per instructions found on this site's Booking Tools section. Once I paste the code into my code, the BOOKING button appears and functions as intended. However, after leaving the page or logging out and upon returning to page the BOOKING button is no longer there.

Why is it temporary and How do I make button permanent?
