How to create an exportable order report?
[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: creating an order report to send to fulfillment center]
Is there a way to create and download a report that I can send to a fulfillment center so they can fulfill the order? Looking for excel file types.

Hey there @allsea -
Thank you for reaching out. Definitely! You can export whichever report you need through your Dashboard. Go under the Reports Tab > (select date range) > Export (located in right-hand corner). It will automatically download to your computer.
Please let me know if you were looking for something different!

We are a small bakery that is becoming heavily reliant upon the online store capabilities. We arrive at about 3 AM to set the day's bake size based upon upcoming orders, history, etc.
It would be lovely if we could get a report that shows Item/Qty/Pickup Date/Pickup Time for all upcoming orders -- including those order that have not yet been accepted. The capability to sort by Item, Pickup Date, or Pickup time would be lovely. Sorting by order status would also be helpful.
Right now we spend too much time trying to scan the orders for individual items, tally them, and then convert them to quantities that we need to make or bake. Human brains really weren't intended to deal with complex math (like counting accurately) that early in the morning. This new report would really help alleviate early morning brain pain -- and most importantly, save us a ton of time each day. Thanks for considering!

Hey @bobfleischman!
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. Have you tried exporting the report suggested in this thread? Is it the sorting within that excel/.CSV that's tedious?
Let me know as I want to make sure we can either find a solution for you, or understand what your reporting needs are.

Thanks for checking in. Perhaps I missed the report title in the suggestion...which report should be run? Item Sales??? Exporting the report is easy, but I'm trying to figure out how this report might actually meet the requirement I asked for? I'm looking for online sales (and I don't see any way to identify or sort by online sales) and I'm looking for items that might have been placed over a span of time delivered today.
For example: a customer orders 6 loaves of bread for pickup on Friday afternoon, but they place the order on Wednesday morning. I could choose the date range from Mon-Fri, but I wouldn't have any idea how many of those loaves actually need to be baked for pickup on Friday. How could I use this report on Friday morning to know that I had to bake 6 loaves for that customer on Friday morning? Without a "fulfillment or delivery date" I could potentially miss a large percentage of items that need to be baked today. Have I missed some feature of the report that would show me that info?

Ahhh, I see what you're saying @bobfleischman. It's missing the fulfillment type.
We're still working on developing an exportable orders report that includes the fulfillment type (along with items listed). Right now, it doesn't appear that we have what you're looking for. You could export an items detail .CSV from the Transactions section of the dashboard, but I still don't think that would meet your needs.
We're tracking this feature request here. That's where I'll be providing updates.
Thanks for your time!

Fulfillment type AND date would be beneficial, including the ability to look forward in time, not just for today, but tomorrow as well.
