They will send you a 1099 at the beginning of the new year. This is just for what they processed, not your total sales. So you have to take what they said was processed from the total sales to see what was cash and checks.
There is an area for income where I enter the Square 1099 total then a separate line(s) for any other income not processed through Square like cash, etc.
