How to add heat pressed items

I want to keep track of both the heat pressed design and shirts.  How can I do this?  For example, I have a Band shirt.  Customers have an option of tshirt, long sleeve, and Hoody.  They also can choose royal, grey, white, or black.  Finally they choose a size.  I have about 18 different designs.  Any suggestions?

Thanks, but when I add the variations from Band to Football, the stock is not accurate.  For example, I have 5 royal small tshirts available to press.  3 people order a Royal small tshirt for Band and 4 people order a Royal small tshirt for Football.  I cannot fullfill those order because I do not have the inventory.

Hi @LCHSStore -- Welcome to The Community, Happy to help 🙂

When tracking inventory you are restricted from selling based on modification such as "band" and "football" the inventory would have to be handled separately. In your case, because that can not happen that would be more of a feature request.

I'll be happy to pass this request along to our engineers for future development of the platform.

In the meantime, I have come up with a workaround that may be helpful for you:

When creating the item add the variations as modifiers instead. -- By doing so you can have 5 Royal Small shirts and allow the seller to click from a list whether it will be a "band" or "football" shirt. This will allow you to be able to keep track of the inventory for your shirts without overselling your inventory.

Let me know if this helps 🙂

Thanks for the help.  That will solve my clothing inventory problem, but I will have an "image" inventory problem.  I may sell too many Football designs.

Thank for trying.
