I was hoping to use the History option under Appointments Settings to gather data at the end of each month, but it looks like the history does not accurately reflect the calendar. For instance, I see sessions that were cancelled on my Calendar still present in the History. This makes the History list rather useless, doesn't it?
So, what does the History actually track, and is there some way to retrieve any analysis of past months?
Thanks.

Thanks for flagging, and sorry for the confusion! This information will probably be more useful if you export it as a .CSV.
Once in the .CSV, you'll have access to your appointments history, including location, status of the appointment, address, service, duration, client name, client email address, client phone number, as well as the staff member who fulfilled the appointment. You can use your spreadsheet software to filter this data more easily.
This article from our Support Center covers this topic.
PS) If my answer solved your problem, would you mind marking it as "Best Answer"? That'll help the rest of the community find what they're looking for. If not, just write back, and I'll continue to help. Thanks!

Thanks! That was the solution.
By the way, I did not receive notification that you answered this and do not see a way to request notifications. That would also be helpful.
