Resizing graphics can't be done directly in Square but you should be able to resize your images right from the program that you are using to view your images on your computer. As each photo program is different, you'll want to check out the website, or even just google, the particular program you are using for step by step instructions.
Other sellers may be able to recommend programs that they have used in the past to adjust images.
