How do I track a specific card and the specific times and dates that they were used in my business?

Go to your Transactions screen and set the date selector to whatever dates you're interested in (note you can only specify up to 1 year at a time.) Next click on the Card # filter box, and enter the last 4 digits of the card you want to track. You'll be shown a listing of all the transactions that were processed with that card.
