Egift card questions!!

I have just started egift cards and have some questions....

1. is there any way to have 5 dollar amount options instead of 4 for the egift card like there is for the plastic card?

2. I sent a marketing email for the egift cards, but I can't tell if it is being sent to people from a square email address or from my business address. 

3.  I do not have everyone's email in square, is there a way to send the marketing email from my business gmail address instead of through square since that is where all the email addresses are located?

4. Is there a way to embed egift card purchasing on my wix website, or are people only able to purchase them through the email marketing?  I would like to put it on my website so people don't have to go searching through their email if they decide to get one.

Hi, @AlexisRae welcome to the Seller Community!! I'm going to do my best to answer your questions below:

1: At this time, there is no way to customize the eGift Card platform outside of what is offered on the Square Dashboard when you are setting them up, which is only four at this time. I think this is a great feature request though and have shared it with my Development Team. 

2: All emails sent through Square Marketing is from [email protected] with the seller’s name. We use the squaremktg.com domain for all marketing campaigns. 🙂

3: While we cannot send emails out from your email address, you can export your address list from your gmail address and import them into our Customer Directory to merge the two together! To import your customers and their email addresses visit the Customers page and click Import/Export at the top-right corner. Be sure you’re importing a .CSV file. XLS or other file formats will not import successfully > click Import.

4: You can embed your eGift Card link into your Wix Website, but it will direct your customers to our eGift Card checkout page. All you need to do is visit the eGift Card page on the Square Dashboard and toggle on Sell eGift Cards Online. You will need to use that URL to direct sellers to your page and checkout online!
