How do I split a tab evenly between multiple cards?

there isn't a way built in for Square to figure out the appropriate percentage of the bill, but you can calculate this easily on your phone or a calculator and use Split payment feature of Square POS to charge the cards individually.

For every card you add to a split tender payment, the amount will automatically split evenly across those cards (e.g. adding 4 cards to a $100 bill automatically results in each card having $25 charges next to them). 

When splitting between Cash, Card, Other Tender etc. or figuring out how much should be charged to each card, as @VanKalkerFarms mentioned, that's not something available through Square.

That is very interesting @EJ_, I never knew you could proceed past the first card entry without an amount and hitting charge.

@VanKalkerFarms It's a pretty awesome feature that a few sellers I know personally use. On a mobile device there's a "+" symbol in the top right corner of the screen. 

Once you tap it, you can hit "Add a card" as many times as you want and it divides the charge amount up evenly by default.
