I just got the new sticky printer from Square for my cafe. The only thing is, I have to continue writing names on the cup or box in order to make sure it gets into the right hands. I could move towards giving customers ticket stubs, but I'd rather do the names since it's a little more personable.
Any suggestions?

Hi @cgftw20,
We type in the name of our customers when we save the ticket. If you go to your order ticket settings in Square POS and set it to manual it'll allow you to type whatever you want in the name instead of numbering the tickets. That should print the customer name on the label for you.
