How can clients confirm their appointments so I am notified?

Hi, I need to know how I am supposed to be notified if my clients are confirming their appointments?  I know that the emails and texts are going out, but I am not getting updates that clients have confirmed or denied their appointment.  Please HELP?!?!?

The Appointments App does not have Customer confirmation available at this time.

 

If an Appointment is made it's assumed the customer is on board, and you as the Seller are the confirming agent. If you'd like to give the customer the ability to change their appointments, they can, and in that case you'll get notification or you can set up the option to have no-show protection.

 

If it shows up on your calendar though, it's assumed it's confirmed by the customer.

Thank you for the info.  I think the disconnect between Salons and Square is that we as service providers never assume anything when it comes to our guests.  The lack of this function, is as frustrating at the lack of ability to see which clients have/have not opened email campaigns.

 

We send reminders via email and text, so my can't we allow a confirmation button?  It would reduce a lot of stress and headache for those that use your product.
