How can I view calendar changes history

I can't figure out how to see appointment history that includes appointments that were cancelled or no-shows.

Hi @gresserin, thanks for checking in!

Great question—you can view your previously booked, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments from the online Square Dashboard:

  1. Head over the Appointments tab.
  2. Select Settings > History.
  3. If you'd like to download your history, click Export.

Hope this surfaces the information you need. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Thanks @Tom. The export function is a bit more helpful, but I am also looking for specific calendar changes - i.e. rescheduling and editing appointments. As a manager, this is valuable for monitoring new employees learning the system. People often accidentally change something and theres no way to see what they did (myself included sometimes)

@gresserin

You should be able to see previously booked, cancelled, or rescheduled appointment when you do look at the history of these events. Were you not able to see that when viewed? Just want to clarify, so that we can make sure to address this with the Appointments team if necessary.

@kellyj  I can see the cancelled and "accepted" (in exported version only) but accepted is way too general and doesn't show whether it was an organic scheduling or a rescheduling.

Understood. We've definitely made the Appointment team aware that there is deeper reporting needed around the history on appointments.
