How can I talk to someone for support
Hi,
I have been trying to bill a client for $1750 and I can't take his credit card or pay by invoice. He has money in his debit account but the charge won't go through.
I would like to speak with someone so please advise how to do that. My email is [email protected]

Good luck. Calling support especially within 4 hours of their support hours means 95% of the time you will not get a call back. You might try email. Realtime support is not a Square strength

If you could give more information on what is happening maybe I can help.
Why can't you take the client's credit card? The fees are the same for debit cards versus Credit Cards.
Do you mean a debit account (like a bank account) or a debit card? Debit cards work as long as the bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.
What error are you getting that it won't go thru?

I had problem where small credit union issued cards will be declined, (small banks and unions flag it as suspicious activity due to transaction showing to be done in CA, that was told to me by bank manager.)
Have customer call card issuer and see what is the problem.
