How can I report sales in different states?
I operate a 100% mobile service business and conduct business in two different states (I operate out of a location very close to a state border). I need to be able to report to each state the sales made in that state. I understand I could set up a separate "location" but think the additional $60 per month is unreasonable as I am using the same POS (retail app on ios phone) in each location. In reports I can export invoice info, but it doesn't show customer address on the report.

HI @TheCamperFixer. Do you by any chance have two different sales tax rates that you have to choose from for all sales? If so, your sales tax report would contain a breakdown of sales you recorded for each of those taxes.

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
