How can I keep staff from accessing client Contact info in Square Appointment app?

Hi I am having a problem with staff in my nail salon contacting our clients during non business hours through the square appointments app, Is there a way to remove that information from their accessing point?

Hey @Sonias-

I am so sorry, but unfortunately there's no way to allow a staff member to login to view the schedule without being able to see the clients contact information for now. I just received this information.

I will make sure to post in this thread if I hear an update on this changing, or any developments. Thanks for your time, and again, apologies!

Hey @Sonias!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

Are you able to edit the following in Team Permissions? Do you have team profiles for your staff members? How are they able to contact the customers? Through the appointments app or by going to the directory?

Let me know! 👀

Hi and thank you 🙏 Yes I am able to edit team permissions. I don’t believe I have team profiles I’ll have to check and yes they are accessing clients and contacting them through their appointments app

😊
