Most of my customers don't send it and I can't call them with every purchase order. There are too many.

Would you mind clarifying your question? Are you looking to disable requiring customers use their CVV code on their card for purchases? - If so, this action cannot be done. We use CVV codes to help verify purchases and to help keep Square a safe processing environment.
