How Can I Turn Off Transaction Email Notifications?

Can someone tell me how to not recieve an email for every transaction.

@annapriesta are you disabling email notifications for invoices in the Invoices tab of the Square Dashboard? The email notifications for invoices is separate from all others, so you will need to select Invoices > Settings > Notifications and disable "sent" from there. 

 

Don't forget to save your settings either!

You defineatly can. From the square dashboard click on your business name in the upper right hand corner. Then click account settings. Now on the left side of the screen click "Account" then "Email Notifications" There you will be able to change all your incoming email settings. You can scroll down to the bottom under "Transactional Emails" That would be the section you can change your notifications from payments.

I have turned off all email notifications but I am still receiving email notifications for every invoice that is sent out.  Why???

I did not realize additional email notifications were under/in the invoice settings too. 

So simple but overlooked.

Having as similar problem on our account. We are getting emails for every online order transaction. I checked the account settings-->email notifications. Under transactional emails, the box next to Online store order is not checked so not sure how else to stop the individual emails. Any other suggestions for how to stop these emails?

Hello @TCSeattle. The answer for your question is a bit different since we're talking about Online Order emails.

 

Through Weebly, it's not possible to disable email order notifications. One solution that some sellers have taken to is to change the email on file for the Weebly account to a different email, but you'll need to make sure to check it periodically for any account related updates.

 

Another workaround would be to create a folder in your email box and filter all the order confirmations to go in that folder. Then you can trash the folder periodically.

 

Sorry there's not a more simple, direct answer for you at this time. Hopefully this is something that can be implemented down the road.

Where on Weebly can I find the setting to change the email address? I downloaded the Weebly app but cannot find where email notification is located at.

I have turned off "transactional E-Mail notifications" in my account settings. I am STILL receiving them. In addition I have been deleting them daily. They are BACK in my mailbox the next day. What on earth can I do?
