How do I get the POS to recognize that I'm giving customers cash back? I've created an item called CASH BACK but of course it appears to the POS just like any other item I've sold, but since it's a credit card sale the POS doesn't know I'm handing out cash, so when I close the drawer at closing I always end up with less cash in the drawer than what the POS tells me I should have. Please help!
