Has anyone stuck a Tile tracker to the contactless reader?

I am constantly moving my contactless reader between my desk and purse and charging and I'm forever misplacing it. I have a Tile tracker I can stick to it but was wondering if either would be affected since both work on Bluetooth. 

I'd love to see some kind of tracker included in the chip reader for this purpose. Any possibility?

Hello @hudson2001! This is a great question. So I'm 90% sure that taping your Tile to the back of the reader should be fine. Especially considering that you'll only be using one Bluetooth connection at a time.

Also, I just tried using my TIle to locate my keys while using bluetooth headphones and there was no interruption on either device. When I get into the office on Monday I'll test it with my Contactless and Chip Reader so we can be 100% sure there's no issues and follow up with you here! 

The GPS idea for the reader would definitely be cool, but would require a lot of research and development since we've never built this type of functionality. I'll pass the request along to our Hardware Team!

Okay, I didn't think there would be any issues but I wasn't sure! I stuck the tile to it and used the reader fine yesterday so hopefully it's all good!! 🙂 YAY! I am sooooo thrilled. (It's a Tile Thin, by the way, and is perfect.)

Hey @hudson2001! Just following up, I did some testing today in the office and couldn't find any issues with having my Tile Slim tapped to the back of my reader. If you have any other questions let me know! 😀
