Google merchant center suspended me for no refund policy

Hi. I'm new to Square and have found the tools very simple to use and create. But I am not seeing anything regarding where a good place to insert a return and refund policy. I had created one on my receipts and on an end page on my website but I realized I didn't label the page saying 'refund policy' until yesterday when I received the suspended email notification from Google Merchant. I went back to my page and labeled it Refund policy and then clicked on the link for Google to "fix the issue" but it only allowed me to 'request a review'. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what advice can you give?

Hello @SassyT 

 

In my years working in Square, I have never seen someone experience something like this. What comes to mind is that Google may have updated this policy recently.

 

Hope you are able to get it fixed as you have done exactly what I would do to address it.
