Email Subscription Notifications
How do I get notified that a customer had subscribed to my emails/ newsletter without having to physically search for it all the time? Is there some kind of setting I turn on for notifications? It would help a ton!

Hi @LovelyHlub! Sadly there's not a way for you to be notified when someone subscribes to your email campaigns/newsletters. I can see how it would be helpful to know right away how many new subscribes you get. I'm more than happy to pass this feedback along to our Product Team, though!

This answer doesn't make sense. If you aren't notified of a submitted email address, how are you supposed to add it to your list???????

Hi there, @summerfish - I can step in and clarify a bit here. Once a customer signs up for your businesses subscription notifications, a profile will automatically be made for them within the Customer Directory. I believe the Feature Request that Nika referenced above is in regards to a formal notification process and segmentation for when new customers opt into receiving updates.

I set up the email newsletter subscription, but there’s nothing in my email inbox. I can see that there was a submission when I look under Marketing in my Square account, so the form worked. Does this mean these submissions are only submitted to Square? Or do I have to pay more to get an email notification? I’m confused! I would have expected this form to work in the same way as the Contact Us form. That would seem to make sense! Thanks for your help.

I can’t see any notifications in either of my email accounts. Which Weebly plan do you have? I wonder if you have to pay more to see these notifications?
