Do the new square register cannot accept discount code from marketing promotion we create?

I don't use Square's Marketing, but I do use the Register.  Have you created a discount in your Dashboard that corresponds to the one in your Marketing promotion?  I think you need to do that.  From the App, tap the three horizontal lines, then Items, then Discounts, and finally Create Discount.  Give the new discount a name, the same as in your promotion, then either a dollar amount or % of the value (toggle the switch to choose which), then tap Save.  The discount will now appear when you choose Discount on the Checkout screen.

^^ @GlassJudy - You actually don't need to do that - if the email marketing campaign has a discount/coupon in it, it becomes a Reward and not a POS Discount.

Correct the problem is the new square register (android version) dont have redeem reward botton  Or maybe i just dont know how to make it.

Square Register can accept discounts from marketing campaigns without any additional steps/discount creation if the email campaign is set up with a coupon/discount. 

When a customer comes in with one, tap the “Rewards” or “Redeem Rewards” button and either ask for their email address, or even easier tap the “Use Code” button and ask them for the 6 digit code that appears in the email they received. 

And thats it!

It work with ipad version but im talking about the android version Square Register . It doesnt have that redeem reward function or maybe i dont know how to bring it out.

It does - we have 4 Registers. 

It’s at the top of the items list just like on the POS app on iPad. If you tap All Items on the left side, it should be right there.  

You can also add it to your Items Grid just like on POS. 

And if you add it to the grid on your iPad, it will show up on the grid on your Register if they’re logged into the same account & location. 

It might just say “Rewards” and not “Redeem Rewards” but it’s the same thing.
