Customer name is on Shipped order but not Pickup order
Our shop email receives the online orders and then our staff fulfills from them there. A Shipped order has the customer name and address in the Billing info section. But a Pick-Up order only has the email. No place shows the customer's name. This makes it difficult to fulfill the order as we need to contact the customer to arrange pickup. It's not good customer service to not use their name. How can I add it to the order confirmation email that gets sent?

Normally with pickup the details about pickup (location, time, etc) are already decided when the customer places the order. That said, I can see why you might want that information. Do any of your staff have access to the online store as part of their team permissions? That would give your staff access to that information when needed.
