Comp button not showing

After looking at all the comp threads and doing what it says. The comp button still does not show up when I would like to comp an item. not on my android phone app or on chome for windows 10.

Sorry for the confusion. To be sure we're on the same page—were you able to enable Comp Reasons and Void Reasons in the online Square Dashboard? If so, your employee should be able to see the option to comp within the app.

 

For your Android device, you can comp/void an item that's been added to a sale by tapping Current Sale at the top of the screen > select appropriate item > scroll to the bottom of the item detail screen > select Comp Item. After that, you can navagate back to the sale screen and record the transaction.
