Card Requirement vs Option
I've noticed some of my new clients are able to book their appointments online without putting a card on file, even though I've selected the cancellation policy option for Square Appointments. I asked someone about it and she said that it gave her the option to put a card on file, but it didn't seem like a requirement, and it allowed her to move forward to schedule without putting a card on file.
Has anyone had this issue??
If this isn't possible... Is it possible for clients to put a card on file, schedule the appointment, and then remove their card?

Hey! This issue could be from a few settings, but the main culprit is "Reserve with Google," which will allow sellers to book appointments without adding a card. Disabling that feature should return your account to the setting you wanted where it will make sellers enter the card for cancellations.
