Cancel An Event/ Refunds
Due to the current craziness and over reaction about COVID-19, I have an event I might need to cancel. Is there a way to do a mass refund?

Hi there, @adminCESPTO - thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community! While the circumstances are less than ideal, we are still thrilled to have you join us here!
While there is not way currently to issue each of your transactions a refund collectively at the same time, you can issue each of your customers refunds by selecting the transaction within the Transactions tab of your mobile app or Online Dashboard.
