Can you use self-serve ordering but not have those items appear in the online store?

We're trying to setup and use QR codes for self-serve ordering and fulfillment. However, when we save the item to indicate it can be ordered self-serve it also shows up on our website/online for customers who aren't even present at our establishment. This causes confusion making customers think they can order this item when they are not here to have it delivered to their table. How can you separate out these items so they can be ordered self-serve but not show up on the website/online to external customers as well? Thanks

This shouldn't be the case. If an item is only available for self-serve fulfillment, it should only show up when starting a self-serve order. @JW4624 which item of yours is this affecting?

Any item we select to be self-serve not only shows up on the customers page when the QR code is scanned but also shows up on our online site for sales.

I think it's because we have both the "pick-up" and "self-serve" ordering boxes checked. Perhaps, if we create a separate item for "pick-up" and one for "self-serve" this would solve the issue. That does seem to work as I'm trying it now. Thanks
